At InnovateX 2026: Bringing Logistics Expertise to the Experience Economy

On Tuesday 10 March, UCARGO joined over 250 leaders, creators, and strategists at InnovateX 2026 — the UK’s leading forum for the Experience Economy — hosted at the iconic Science Museum in London.

As the official logistics partner for Experience UK, UCARGO operated a Drop-In Pod in the Flight Gallery: a free, informal one-to-one advisory session for attraction operators, immersive producers, agencies, and venue developers navigating the complexities of international freight and live event logistics.

Our Business Development Manager Chloe Broadway and Director Tony Kennedy were on hand throughout the day in the networking brake out spaces, in one of the drop in pods –  offering practical guidance on everything from import/export processes and customs clearance to time-critical freight and international expansion. There was no appointment needed, no sales pitch…  just a place to answer your logistical questions with straight-talking logistics expertise tailored to the needs of the Experience Economy.

The day itself delivered a genuinely inspiring programme. Chloe particularly highlighted the keynote from Roger Highfield on the origins of AI, and the panel discussion that followed — a thought-provoking session that sparked plenty of conversation among delegates. Also standing out was the presentation from David Nouaille of Puy du Fou, offering a fascinating insight into the world-renowned attraction’s planned development into the UK market in 2029.
